Woodpeckers always light up my day when I see one in Nature. Perhaps I like how they can easily sculpt out a home. They are wonderful wood artists.

These are beautiful photos, Kyle. I have had poor luck catching red-bellies close enough. I watched one today on a distant tree. I'm hoping one will visit my feeder. He would be a fun bird to paint.

Super photos! Love woodpeckers in general but this one is a favorite.
