Thoughts and images of family, birds, nature, and the life we lead ... and our ongoing encounter with Alzheimer's
Kyle, did you take that shot on the shoulder of the road? I'd stop every day if NC had shoulders to slide into!Beautiful photo.Mary
Thanks, Mary.Actually, this was at the edge of a new neighborhood next to a small forested area near my office. I saw him as I passed on my way to lunch, did a quick u-turn and crept as close in the truck as I could get without spooking him.
Great shot, Kyle. Thanks for visiting my blog. I don't know how you found me, but I'm awfully glad you did! ~karen
Thanks, Karen. Actually, I think I spotted a link to your "Texas Insects" post in a comment you left on Wren's blog. Anything Texas always interests me, so I clicked over and really enjoyed what I saw. Added your page to my blog list so I can see even more. :-)
Thanks, Kyle. I've added you to my follow list! I have a few posts from my visit to TX last Christmas, too, if you care to check them out one day when you aren't real busy. Happy New Year! ~karen
