Sweet capture! White birds like Egrets are a tough assignment to light properly standing still let alone in fight. The wings on your beautiful take are perfectly defined. Glorious shot!

@dreamfalcon- The lores (face mask) of the Great Egret turns green during breeding season only. This is shown much better in my egret post from last week.
@Springman- Thanks. I agree, getting the exposure and detail on white birds is tough! I got really lucky on this one. ;-)
